Jill Elizabeth McCrum – Director

Jill has worked as an independent training consultant for over 20 years. She has worked extensively in Australia, in the UK and also internationally in many European countries including Switzerland, France and The Netherlands.

She started JEM Training in 2002 originally in Brisbane and Sydney and then moved to Perth 6 years ago – to stay!

She has worked in virtually all industry sectors including resources, healthcare, telecommunications, finance, engineering and IT at all levels of seniority with both large and small organisations, blue collar and white collar. Jill has helped staff excel in both privately run and government organisations too.

Jill's Background

Jill’s background lies within the Pharmaceutical industry where she started as a medical sales representative in the early ‘90’s. She moved quickly into a training role and spent a number of years as a Training Manager for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals before moving into independent training consultancy.
